Dale Ridgeway started Stone Ridge Excavation in 2001 with one excavator, a dump truck, and a reputation for showing up and doing the job right. His son Marcus joined full-time in 2012 and now runs day-to-day operations. The crew has grown — the philosophy hasn't.
